Our services are meant to bring Behavior Analysts into spaces where they are needed, but not traditionally found. With strong and varied backgrounds including home, community, and school settings and having specialized knowledge of child welfare services, our staff can provide expert consultation for a wide range of behavioral concerns. Staff Education
This service is for organizations that would like in-person or remote education sessions for their staff. Bright Behavior Analysts help staff reach a better understand of their client’s needs and how to support them. We will create an education session for your organization based on individual needs.
School-based Support
Bright Behavior Analysts is pleased to offer school based support services for individuals with IEPs and DSM-5 diagnoses. Bright Behavior Analysts is experienced in providing School Consultation, Behavior Intervention Services, FBA/BIPS, and staff education.
Consultation
During a direct case consultation Bright Behavior Analysts will meet with a client’s current staff and family to discuss individual client needs, including behavior concerns and barriers to learning. Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans can be included with this service.
FBA/BIP Services
Using direct and indirect assessments, Bright Behavior Analysts will perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to determine the function of intrusive behaviors in schools, homes, or in the community. Following the FBA, the behavior analyst will design a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) to meet the unique needs of the client.
Caregiver Workshops
Bright Behavior Analysts offers in-person and remote Caregiver Workshops that are exclusive to the clients within an organization. These workshops give caregivers of children with behavioral concerns and learning challenges the tools and confidence to navigate these challenges.
Virtual Group Caregiver Training Sessions are ongoing and clients may be referred at any time. This service is open to the public.
Virtual and Home-based Support
